Adding a Question

Answering a Question

You can answer a question either by typing into the text box or by using OPSMO’s generative capabilities. Once OPSMO has generated the answer, this can be edited in the text box, and using OPSMO's edit feature as explained under Editing Answers section.

Question Templates

OPSMO offers a selection of pre-saved question templates (currently for Innovate UK and DASA) which may be loaded into the Body section, to be answered manually / using OPSMO's answer generation.

Drafting Submissions

Editing Answers

To edit an answer, you can either type into the text box or use OPSMO's edit feature. Using this feature, you can highlight the part of the text required and further add an instruction that helps OPSMO understand how to rewrite the answer to your request.

While answering a question, citations may be added by using the OPSMO Citation feature, allowing you to cite from references. You can also use this feature to answer the question using the knowledge gathered from selected references, provided they have been added to the Citations in Submission Setup page prior to doing so.

Reviewing an Answer

Once a question has been answered, you can use OPSMO to review the answer to improve it. This can be done using the OPSMO Review feature, which assesses and provides feedback for your answer. You can choose to accept the suggested changes or keep the original answer.

Exporting and Printing

The submission body for questions and answers is where you can add and answer questions for the submission. Once the questions have been completed, the document can be previewed, downloaded and exported for printing.
